PT. Clemont Finance Indonesia regularly conduct Outing both management and staff once a year as one of Training and Personal Development objectives. This year Outing took place in Bandung, Ciater and Subang on 25 & 26 August 2017 with theme "Togetherness in Achieving More"
The Objectives and Purposes of Outing are :

To strengthen existing team, get closer and spirit of togetherness between staff and management in PT. Clemont Finance Indonesia

To increase the spirit of teamwork and employee’s loyalty in order to be more productive in achieving the target, and

To encourage and give motivation to each employee in working with new atmosphere after attended this event
