Important Notes for Prospective Customers

Transparency Is Our Priority.

All assets financed through leasing facilities, including vehicles, machinery, houses, shop houses, factories, vessels, and heavy equipment, must be insured throughout the financing period. The purpose of insurance coverage is to protect the financed asset against the risk of damage or loss.

  • Complete asset documentation (e.g., Vehicle Ownership Certificate/BPKB, machinery invoices, heavy equipment invoices, etc.)
  • Asset or unit location
  • Purpose and usage of the asset or unit

Insurance coverage may not apply in the event of changes to the asset, its function, location, or usage that have not been disclosed to and approved by the insurer or financing company.
