Please update your information if there are any changes to the details stated on your Identity Card (KTP), if your identification document has expired, or if there are any changes to your personal information such as your phone number, email address, residential address, marital status, employment status, or other relevant details.

Change of Phone Number or Email
  • Verification via phone confirmation by the Branch Operation team to the new phone number to be registered
Change of Marital Status
  • Latest ID Card (KTP)
  • Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
  • Marriage Certificate, Divorce Certificate, or Death Certificate
Change of Name
  • Latest ID Card (KTP)
  • Legal Decree for Name Change

Corporate Data

For updates regarding company data or changes to the legal entity/business name.
